Duration & Compensation Full time/Direct Hire

$100,000 - $110,000 base, plus bonuses

Territory Covering CA, WY, NV, UT and CO with 75%+ travel

Summary The Sr. Territory Business Manager is the primary liaison between the company and key customers in the field, ensuring market standing is secure and growth-oriented. The role drives top‑line sales growth for the company as front‑line support.

Acting as a Trusted Advisor, the Sr. Territory Business Manager provides the best mix of products and information, resulting in a superior Infection Prevention environment for our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Creates demand for company products through personal contact, presentations, demonstrations, education and training of end users and sales partners.

Actively manages existing business to ensure continuity of sales and develop long‑term relationships.

Communicates regularly and effectively in person and remotely with company management and sales partners to identify sales opportunities, stay abreast of projects, develop action plans and close sales.

Partners internally with cross‑functional leaders.

Understands product lines, services and support materials in sufficient detail to maintain existing sales and generate new sales.

Engages healthcare professionals and other market segments at all levels and across multiple departments regarding regulations and best practices for cleaning and disinfection of healthcare environments.

Provides customer feedback and market insight to product development and marketing efforts for new applications research, new product design and process improvement.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

Attends conferences, trade shows and other professional meetings to promote product solutions and brand.

Submits timely and periodic activity and expense reports.

Participates and works within ISO 9001 quality standards guidelines in accordance with quality goals.

Education and Experience A bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four‑year college or university or five years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Language Skills Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and disinfectant use labels. Able to write reports, create spreadsheets and correspond by phone and email. Able to present effectively before groups of customers or employees. Able to effectively utilize computer and cell phone technology to communicate internally and externally. Conversational Spanish skills are desired but not required.

Mathematical Skills Able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Healthcare related certificates, licenses or registrations are valuable but not required.

Physical Demands Regularly required to communicate and convey information. Occasionally required to be in a stationary position, move or traverse; prepare, inspect, observe or detect physical and visual characteristics of raw materials, products and processes; position objects and items. Must occasionally lift or transport up to 25 pounds.
