Appalachian Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) is seeking a
Member Service Representative
to join our team at our Norton branch located at 1400 Park Avenue NW, Norton, VA.

The basic duties and responsibilities of a
Member Service Representative
include, but are not limited to:
Provide members with an excellent service experience every time;
Provide ACFCU product and service referrals using our benefit statements of Save Time, Save Money, Make Money, Offer Convenience, and Peace of Mind;
Accurately perform general teller duties such as open new member accounts, process member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, or other transactions by phone or in the branch;
Resolve member problems and/or complaints or direct to appropriate person;
Balance cash drawer and perform teller cash recycler duties;
Maintain working knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial services; and
Provide Member Service Representative coverage at other branches when needed (mileage over the normal commute to work is reimbursed).
Education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; BS degree preferred.
Experience requirements:
No prior experience is required. ACFCU will train you in the Appy Way.
