Overview
Hidden Valley Country Club is a private club in Southwest Virginia with a full membership of 500 golfing members, that play 23,000 Rounds a year. The club is 18 holes of rolling terrain that has hosted multiple VSGA Championship. We have a full teaching facility with a launch monitor, 3 bays, and putting green. The teaching center is heated and used throughout the entire year.
Experience Required
Knowledge of the game of golf, the rules of golf, golf facility operations, and tournament operations
Experienced in using Jonas POS System, Golf Genius, Microsoft word, outlook, and excel.
A credible golf game for playing with members and section events.
Desire to advance within the industry
Essential Responsibilities
Professional will be responsible for supporting all areas in the golf operation. This will provide the ability to utilize their skills to deliver a "best in class" product for members and guests.
Professional will be included in decision making and be a part of the Team.
Professional will receive support to grow in their career, including an education allowance and direct coaching and mentoring from the Head Professional.
Professional will have the ability to provide individual lessons to Adults and Juniors and create and manage a Junior Golf Program
The Professional will be expected to play golf with a variety of Members which will build relationships and provide an opportunity for the Professional to improve / maintain their golf playing skills.
