In this role you will deal directly with lawyers and legal professionals to understand existing workflows, advise on product best-practice, and collaborate on success plans. You will also work cross-functionally with customer success, product, revenue and marketing teams within Litera to articulate customer feedback and devise effective adoption strategies.Key Responsibilities Onboard new customers through role-based enablement and support product owners with roll-out planning. Qualifications & SkillsOr: 5+ years in Consulting, Customer Success or related SaaS role, preferably with experience in legal tech.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a range of personas and build trusted relationships.
