Nuclear Medicine Tech - PRN - 7418-4143
Description
Responsible for all aspects of performing and processing patient scintigraphic examinations and selected bioassays or therapeutic procedures. Observes continuous radiation safety practices at all times as stipulated in the ALARA principle and mandated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Qualifications
Completion of a Nuclear Medicine Program
Certification from any two agencies: Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB); or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) (N); or licensed and registered radiologic technologist
One year training with demonstrated proficiency in the field of Nuclear Medicine
