NTT DATA seeks a Sr. Healthcare Sales Executive to join our team in New Jersey (Remote). The role requires deep experience in IT sales, managed services, and life sciences, with a hunter‑type approach to generating and closing new business at the C‑suite level.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Sells complex managed services, full IT outsourcing, application services, and industry vertical solutions such as regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformational, and application management/support.

Demonstrated success in a sales hunter role with a record of acquiring net new logos.

Passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes and recognized as an expert in life sciences service solutions.

Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services and ability to articulate the value proposition to clients.

Creatively sell into large national life science accounts and demonstrate successful deal closures.

Strategic agility to influence C‑level executives within customer organizations.

Design and implement sales strategy to achieve quota and develop value propositions for potential opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and board‑room executive presence.

Availability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Ability to assess sales opportunities, understand long‑term business/technology direction, and drive exponential sales growth.

Proven success in meeting and exceeding annual revenue quotas of $10+ million.

Understanding of the competitive landscape for IT services and anticipation of market influences on selling NTT DATA services.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT services sales and/or professional services sales.

Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into enterprise life science clients.

Benefits and Compensation The starting pay range for this remote role is $122,400 – $250,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all U.S. locations. Compensation will depend on work location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
