$88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across production lines.
Develop, manage, and track continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.
Coach and train employees at all levels on CI tools, principles, and problem‑solving techniques.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and ownership.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and sustain gains.
Drive significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Minimum of 5 years experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to lead and implement significant CI projects from concept to completion.
Strong analytical and statistical problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication, coaching, and change management capabilities.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) or Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML) into continuous improvement initiatives.
APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) or strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain optimization.
