Enabled by modern platforms and AI, **you’ll do the most meaningful work of your career** and see your impact at scale.**Key Responsibilities****Enterprise AI Strategy & Operating Model*** Design, establish, and operationalize Epiq’s **Enterprise AI Center of Excellence**, including governance, intake, prioritization, delivery, and value realization models aligned with ETO portfolio frameworks.* Define and implement an **enterprise AI operating model** that balances innovation velocity with security, compliance, and responsible AI principles, building on existing AI governance initiatives.* Establish clear standards for AI architecture, tooling, data readiness, security‐by‐design, and lifecycle management in partnership with Cyber Security, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate IT.**Product‐Centric Delivery & Business Optimization*** Build and lead

the development of **AI solutions** focused on internal business optimization, workforce productivity, and scalable enterprise capabilities rather than one‐off solutions.* Ensure AI initiatives integrate seamlessly with broader **Digital Transformation**, **Enterprise Data Platform**, and corporate platforms strategies.* Translate business problems into AI‐enabled products and platforms that deliver tangible outcomes such as cost reduction, cycle‐time improvement, risk mitigation, and revenue acceleration.**High‐Velocity Innovation & Use Case Harvesting*** Lead **High‐Velocity Innovation** by driving structured AI use‐case harvesting across Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and ETO, leveraging proven harvesting frameworks and cross‐functional engagement models.* Oversee prioritization of AI use cases based on feasibility, impact, and strategic alignment, ensuring transparency and avoidance of duplication across functions.* Accelerate the transition from experimentation to **production‐grade AI solutions** with clear ownership, funding, and success metrics.**Governance, Risk, and Value Realization*** Ensure enterprise‐wide **AI governance**, including responsible AI practices, regulatory alignment, risk management, and auditability, in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Cyber Security.* Establish robust **ROI, value tracking, and benefits realization** mechanisms to measure operational velocity, adoption, and business impact of AI investments.* Provide executive‐level reporting and dashboards on AI portfolio health, value delivered, and risks.**Leadership, Change Management & Adoption*** Build, lead, and mentor high‐performing, cross‐disciplinary teams spanning AI product management, engineering, data, and change management.* Drive **integrated change management**, ensuring AI adoption is embedded into day‐to‐day workflows with training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.* Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes and decisions.Epiq is seeking a **Senior Director, Enterprise AI Center of Excellence (CoE)** to lead the next phase of its enterprise‐wide AI, data, and digital transformation. This role is a **solution‐focused technology leader** position responsible for establishing and scaling Epiq’s **AI operating model for the enterprise,** enabling secure and responsible AI adoption, and delivering measurable business value through high‐impact, production‐ready solutions.Reporting to the **SVP of Transformation**in the **Enterprise Technology & Operations (ETO) organization**, this leader will bridge technology and business strategy, driving **high‐velocity innovation**, operational efficiency, and revenue enablement across corporate functions including **Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and ET&O**. The role will build and lead a **product‐centric AI organization**, ensuring strong governance, clear ROI accountability, and sustained organizational adoption.* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.* **Experience**:* 10+ years of experience in IT management.* Proven track record of building and scaling **enterprise Centers of Excellence**, operating models, or product organizations.* Deep expertise in applied AI (including generative, assistive, and agentic AI), data platforms, and digital transformation—focused on **production delivery**, not experimentation alone.* Strong experience bridging technology and business, with demonstrated success delivering measurable ROI and operational outcomes.* Executive‐level leadership presence with the ability to influence across Finance, Legal, HR, Technology, and Operations.* Experience operating in regulated environments with strong appreciation for security, privacy, and compliance requirements.* **Skills**:

+ Team Leadership* **Certifications**: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred* **Physical Requirements**: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.* Minimum 12 years of experience in software engineering, AI systems, or platform engineering.* At least 5 years in technical leadership roles (Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent) with responsibility for multi-team delivery.* Proven track record of scaling platform teams beyond single product teams.* Deep understanding of agent-based AI systems, tool orchestration, and workflow automation.* Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, Dify, LangGraph, AutoGen) and familiarity with MCP or similar protocol-based architectures.* Demonstrated ability to define and enforce architectural standards across teams.* Extensive experience with cloud-native SaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).* Strong knowledge of multi-tenant architectures, security, reliability, and cost controls.* Experience operationalizing AI in regulated or high-risk environments is strongly preferred.* Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership, clients, and regulators.* Skilled at balancing speed, safety, cost, and quality in decision-making.* Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams.* **Location-based market rate** for the role* **Your abilities** in relation to the job specification* **Performance** during screening and interview* **Pay parity** with the wider team in the considered location #J-18808-Ljbffr
