Responsibilities
Perform all required preventive maintenance tasks according to these schedules
Make regular QA rounds of all building areas to observe cleanliness, safety, and working conditions
Assign daily duties to Environmental Services staff, supervise performance, and maintain an adequate inventory of maintenance supplies
Follow safety policies and use safe work practices
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1 year of maintenance experience
1 year of management experience
Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
Ability to be on-call to handle issues that arise at the facility
Ability to remain stationary 50-100% of the time; position self to exert 10-30 lbs of force or to move objects
