What You’ll Do Our Talent Acquisition team is at the heart of how we scale: connecting the world's best technical talent with the teams building the infrastructure, platforms, and products that power our cloud ecosystem. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you’ll be embedded within a fast‑moving recruiting organization, partnering closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to fuel growth across engineering, infrastructure, and cloud‑native product teams. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role on a team that values creativity, data‑informed decision‑making, and an obsession with candidate experience.
About The Role As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you’ll own the top of the funnel for some of our most critical and complex technical searches across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, distributed systems, and more. Day‑to‑day, you’ll leverage advanced sourcing techniques, from Boolean and semantic search to talent mapping and competitive intelligence, to identify and engage passive candidates who aren’t actively looking. You’ll build and nurture diverse talent pipelines that give our recruiting teams a consistent edge in a highly competitive market. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Talent Partners and Hiring Managers, bringing market insights and data to the table to shape hiring strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and the competitive landscape for roles spanning cloud infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, software development, and data engineering
Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and emerging AI‑powered sourcing tools to identify and engage passive technical talent
Build and maintain robust, diverse candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs across cloud‑focused technical disciplines
Conduct thorough candidate pre‑screens to assess technical background, scope of experience, and alignment with role requirements before handoff to Talent Partners
Leverage competitive intelligence and talent mapping to provide Hiring Managers with market insights, compensation benchmarking data, and talent availability analysis
Maintain meticulous candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity and pipeline hygiene at all stages
Drive continuous improvement of sourcing workflows, tools, and strategies — bringing new ideas, automation opportunities, and best practices to the team
Stay current on trends across the cloud computing ecosystem (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, AI/ML infrastructure, etc.) to credibly engage technical candidates and understand the talent landscape
Who You Are
4+ years of technical sourcing experience, with a demonstrated focus on cloud computing, infrastructure, or software engineering roles
Proven track record of building and converting passive candidate pipelines in a high‑volume, fast‑paced recruiting environment
Expert‑level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search construction, and technical sourcing platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Blind, etc.)
Hands‑on experience with an ATS — Greenhouse strongly preferred — including pipeline management, reporting, and workflow optimization
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
Measurable experience conducting candidate pre‑screens and assessing technical backgrounds across domains such as cloud infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, distributed systems, or software engineering
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners through data‑driven insights and consistent delivery
Preferred
Experience sourcing for cloud platform, AI/ML infrastructure, or data engineering roles at a hyperscaler, cloud‑native company, or high‑growth SaaS organization
Familiarity with AI‑powered sourcing tools (e.g., SeekOut, Findem, HireEZ) and how to integrate them into existing sourcing workflows
Experience using data and sourcing metrics (pipeline conversion rates, outreach response rates, time‑to‑slate) to report on sourcing effectiveness and iterate on strategy
Working knowledge of cloud technologies, certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure), or adjacent technical disciplines sufficient to engage credibly with candidates
Wondering if you’re a good fit?
You love to dig deep; a tough search is a puzzle you can’t put down, and you won’t stop until you’ve found the angle others missed
You’re curious about the cloud computing landscape and get energized learning about new technologies, emerging roles, and what makes a great infrastructure engineer tick
You’re an expert in building relationships; candidates remember your conversations with you, and hiring teams trust your judgment
