We’re Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor (On-Site | Margate, FL)
We’re looking for a fast, creative, and detail-driven video editor to join our team full-time in Margate, FL.
If you know how to turn raw footage into high-performing content that actually gets views, engagement, and leads, this role is for you.
This is not a passive editing role. You will be part of a team producing content daily across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Location: Margate, FL (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM (Must have a flexible schedule)

What You’ll Be Doing
Editing short-form content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn)
Creating motion graphics and effects using After Effects
Structuring content for retention, engagement, and performance
Adding captions, transitions, sound design, and visual polish
Repurposing content across platforms
Collaborating with the team on content ideas and execution
Assisting during content shoots when needed
What You MUST Have
Strong experience with
Adobe After Effects (required)
Strong experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
Experience editing short-form, social-first content
Understanding of pacing, hooks, and viral formats
Ability to work fast and meet deadlines consistently
Must be able to work on-site in Margate, FL
