Graphic Designer, Pandora NAM Your Role As Graphic Designer Support the development and execution of compelling, on‑brand creative assets across Pandora North America’s key marketing initiatives. Contribute to the design of consumer‑facing and internal materials across multiple channels—including digital, print, in‑store, and partner campaigns—under the Brand Creative Manager.

Creative Execution

Design and produce creative assets across multiple channels, including digital, print, in‑store signage, co‑op materials, OOH, and broadcast.

Support seasonal campaigns, sales and product launches with high‑quality visual assets that align with global brand guidelines for in‑store and digital executions.

Adapt global creative to suit the needs of North American and Caribbean retail, e‑commerce, and partner‑specific activations (e.g., Wholesale National Accounts, Disney Parks, Tourism partners). Contribute to concepting and visual storytelling for integrated marketing campaigns.

Develop photography campaigns using internal photo studio – experience on shooting product preferred.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Brand Management, Visual Merchandising, PR, HR, Store Operations, and E‑commerce teams to develop cohesive and effective creative solutions.

Support sales and retail teams with the design of print materials and point‑of‑sale assets.

Assist in preparing and organizing creative presentations for internal and partner reviews.

Production Support

Assist in managing timelines and asset delivery schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec.

Support the preparation of files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and technical precision.

Work with external vendors to ensure production‑ready artwork meets required specifications.

Brand Stewardship

Ensure all creative output is aligned with Pandora’s global brand standards, maintaining consistency across all deliverables while addressing market relevance and NAM priorities.

Participate in internal reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in design quality and efficiency.

Stay informed on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity to keep work fresh and forward‑thinking.

Portfolio required that showcases printed and digital asset understanding.

Requirements & Skills

5+ years graphic design experience working either in‑house or at an agency.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other related fields is preferred.

Tech‑savvy with experience working within online platforms.

Experience working with external vendors for print production & project quotes.

Experience providing art direction and creative feedback to peers and/or agency partners.

Experience managing and creating timelines.

Strong ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into customer‑centric design solutions and communications.

Demonstrated versatility as a designer, with a continuous drive to explore fresh, innovative visual approaches across graphic design, photography, digital, and retail environments.

Solid understanding of design systems and digital templates, with an eye for identifying opportunities to evolve and enhance them.

Commitment to championing the brand—developing a deep understanding of Pandora’s products and translating that knowledge into compelling concepts, sales tools, and consumer experiences.

Actively stays informed on design trends, cultural moments, visual inspiration, and industry best practices, including email and digital design standards.

Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Must provide a polished and diverse portfolio showcasing digital marketing, email design, campaign assets, social content, and e‑commerce work.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, InDesign, and presentation tools (PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, iterative, test‑and‑learn environment applying insights from performance and A/B testing to refine creative.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express design rationale clearly.

Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills, even without formal people management responsibilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of Mac OS.

Must have experience designing across in‑store and digital channels, especially email; experience with e‑commerce is a significant plus.

Experience collaborating cross‑functionally and presenting work to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.

New York Salary: $93,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience.
