1-2 Associates / Senior Associates
to its investment team this summer.

Responsibilities Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities across a broad range of industries Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and diligence on potential acquisitions Support deal execution, including coordination with lenders, advisors, and management teams Assist with portfolio company monitoring, strategic initiatives, and value‑creation efforts Prepare investment memos and materials for internal investment committee discussions Work closely with senior investment professionals across all aspects of the investment lifecycle
Requirements Senior Associate:
~4+ years of experience across private equity and/or investment banking Associate:
~2 years of investment banking experience, with strong exposure to M&A transactions Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong academic background and demonstrated interest in private equity
The start date is flexible, though a
summer start is preferred .
