Position Summary C&C Marine & Repair is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive
Marketing Associate
to support the company’s marketing efforts and front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, event coordination, and administrative support in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The right candidate will help tell the C&C story by capturing shipyard activity, creating engaging content, supporting brand consistency, and helping keep the front office organized and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Manage C&C’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X Plan, create, schedule, and publish weekly social media content Capture photos and videos of vessels, projects, employees, and shipyard activity Edit short-form videos and reels for social media and promotional use Create graphics, branded materials, and marketing content using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools Assist with paid advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels Track content performance and recommend ideas to improve engagement and reach Support article writing, recruiting content, internal storytelling, and company announcements Office & Administrative Support Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed Assist with company merchandise organization, ordering, and distribution Support planning and coordination of company events, employee functions, and special visits Help maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment Provide general administrative support for communications and special projects
Qualifications Experience creating content for business social media accounts Strong video editing and photo editing skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or similar creative tools Experience assisting with digital ads or promotional campaigns preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment Professional, friendly, and confident interacting with guests, employees, and external partners Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between creative and administrative responsibilities
Preferred Skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools Experience photographing and filming for social media Basic understanding of paid social media advertising Experience coordinating events or internal company activities Experience working in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or maritime environments is a plus
