Key Responsibilities Handle a

high volume of inbound phone calls and email inquiries

while maintaining professionalism and efficiency Respond to customer questions, requests, and issues accurately and within established service levels Enter orders and track shipments Meet or exceed

performance KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in internal systems Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, accounting, etc.) to resolve complex or escalated issues Identify patterns or recurring issues and suggest process improvements or creative solutions Follow established procedures while knowing when to adapt or escalate appropriately Maintain a positive, solution‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in a high volume customer service environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working toward metrics and KPIs Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple departments Out‑of‑the‑box thinker with strong problem‑solving skills Proficient in MS Office and customer service or CRM systems
