Financial Pricing Analyst
for a
Direct Hire
position with a client located in
Warren, MI
. Looking for a proactive, analytically driven Financial Pricing Analyst to support sales teams with fast, data-backed pricing decisions. This role focuses on
optimizing pricing strategies, protecting margins, and driving revenue growth while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Category teams.
Salary Range: $68,000/Annum - $75,000/Annum +benefits
(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. )
Work Setup:
Onsite, Monday–Friday - 1st Shift
Job Title:
Financial Pricing Analyst
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary pricing partner for Sales, supporting deal approvals and pricing decisions Analyze pricing requests, customer value, and margin impact to ensure strategic alignment Use tools like Excel and pricing dashboards to model scenarios and identify trends Maintain pricing structures, monitor deal pipeline, and ensure proper documentation Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance pricing strategies and support business goals Provide guidance to Sales teams on pricing policies and deal structuring
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or sales operations (CPG/retail/distribution preferred) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Proficiency in Excel and pricing/BI tools Ability to clearly and concisely communicate pricing decisions Experience working directly with customers or in a deal desk environment
Personality & Work Style: Passionate, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
