Senior Estimator – Refresh & Remodel

Base Salary: Up to $105,000 + Performance Bonus

is seeking a
Senior Estimator
to support national refresh, remodel, and multi-site rollout programs. This role is part of a high-impact estimating function responsible for delivering
accurate, competitive, and profitable project pricing
across a diverse portfolio of commercial environments. The position plays a key role in supporting business growth, protecting margins, and ensuring strong operational alignment from preconstruction through execution. The ideal candidate brings strong estimating experience within
commercial construction, refresh, or remodel environments , particularly in
multi-location programs
where speed, accuracy, and strategic thinking are critical. Key Responsibilities Estimating & Preconstruction • Lead estimating efforts for refresh, remodel, and programmatic rollout projects ranging from approximately
$100K to $2M • Review drawings, specifications, and scope documentation to develop detailed project estimates • Develop and maintain
unit-cost databases
to support repeatable multi-site programs • Produce conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates depending on project stage • Identify cost risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities early in the process Bid Strategy & Execution • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to develop
competitive and winning bid strategies • Review and level subcontractor bids to ensure scope coverage and alignment • Support proposal development and RFP responses when required • Contribute to major pursuits including
national rollout programs and enterprise clients Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination • Build and maintain a strong
subcontractor network across multiple trades and regions • Solicit and evaluate bids across multiple markets • Negotiate pricing and scope with subcontractors and vendors • Ensure subcontractor coverage aligns with project needs Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure estimates reflect
real-world execution conditions • Participate in project handoff meetings to support seamless transition from estimate to delivery • Provide insight into constructability, scheduling considerations, and cost drivers Financial Performance • Ensure estimates align with
target margins and profitability goals • Track estimate versus actual project performance to refine pricing models • Support value engineering initiatives to maintain competitive and profitable proposals Process Improvement • Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems, templates, and processes • Help reduce estimate turnaround time while maintaining high accuracy • Utilize estimating platforms, CRM tools, and Excel to improve efficiency and visibility Key Performance Metrics • Estimate accuracy (Estimate vs. Actual performance) • Bid-to-win ratio • Estimate turnaround time • Gross margin performance on awarded projects • Subcontractor coverage and competitiveness Qualifications Required • 7–10+ years of estimating experience within
commercial refresh, remodel, or construction environments • Strong experience with
multi-site or programmatic work • Deep knowledge of construction trades, materials, and labor pricing • Proven ability to estimate projects in the
$250K–$2M range • Strong proficiency in
construction drawings, estimating software, and Excel Preferred • Experience supporting
retail, convenience store, restaurant, banking, or multi-site rollout programs • Familiarity with subcontractor-driven construction models • Knowledge of national vendor or subcontractor networks • Experience working in
