We are seeking a
Structural Designer
to support advanced manufacturing and industrial facility projects. This role focuses on developing high-quality 2D/3D structural models and construction documentation while collaborating across disciplines. This is a
hybrid role based near Pittsburgh, PA
(2 days onsite required). Pay $33.65 – $47.16/hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D structural models and detailed design drawings Produce construction-ready plans and documentation Coordinate with engineering and multidisciplinary teams Review models for accuracy, quality, and compliance Lead small design teams and manage task assignments Support project delivery by meeting schedule and quality goals Minimum Requirements (Must-Have): Associate degree in CAD or related field 5+ years
of structural drafting/design experience 3+ years
of Revit experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work hybrid (within 50 miles of Pittsburgh, PA) Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years
of structural drafting/design experience 5+ years
of Revit experience Experience with SmartPlant, Tekla, Navisworks, or Bluebeam Experience with steel and concrete structural design Experience in industrial or semiconductor facilities
