The Boston Bruins are hiring a Marketing Graduate Assistant to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Bruins Marketing and Bruins Game Presentation teams by assisting with planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives. What will you do?
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, contests, promotions, and fan engagement activities
Maintain and regularly update the master marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across departments
Assist in creating marketing materials and manage inventory of promotional items, backdrops, and other assets
Help plan and execute events, theme nights, and in-arena activations, including live and prerecorded show elements
Provide administrative support to the marketing and game presentation teams, ensuring smooth daily operations
More about you
Must be 18 years of age or older
Recent college graduate pursuing a career in marketing, communications, or equivalent preferred
Familiar with marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines through past coursework, internships, or personal experience
Passionate about Boston Bruins hockey and the city of Boston
Strong attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and reporting tools, such as Facebook, Twitter, Salesforce, or a similar CRM preferred
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
