Job Description Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support BBS Revolution™ Bladder Scanner within our Acute Urology business. This seasonal internship for Summer 2026 offers hands‑on experience contributing to marketing initiatives that strengthen hospital partnerships, support innovation in critical care, and elevate awareness of advanced capital equipment solutions. The intern will assist with collateral development, digital campaign planning, global market analysis, and strategic initiatives that drive growth across the portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to support portfolio initiatives for BBS Revolution™ Bladder Scanner, including collateral creation, messaging alignment, competitive analysis, global market assessment, and internal communications.
Support development of targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness of BBS Revolution™ across hospital systems. Contribute to creative concepting, channel planning, and early content development.
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Support content creation, performance tracking, and optimization efforts.
Understand market segment potential, trends, and needs.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Analytical/strategic thinking ability and mental agility.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent listening and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or capital equipment preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Education & Experience
High school degree required.
Current college students in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Experience solving problems and making recommendations to management.
Experience executing projects in a team environment and managing day‑to‑day activities related to project expectations.
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, sales representatives, internal teams, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands Employee may be required to sit, bend, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk and hear. May occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Work Environment This position works in a normal office environment. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. No travel is required. This role requires a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week, with flexibility for work‑life balance.
