Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you will restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. The use of technology is critical for communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys. Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is vital. Holiday support:
Expect additional days and extended hours during the work week leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You may be required to work on the holiday itself, including weekends. Department resets:
You may be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Notice is given two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends. One Team Vision:
As part of Hallmark’s field organization, you support other team members as needed in their territories. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is a physically demanding job requiring a high level of energy and urgency. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will also kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS You are at least 18 years old. You can read, write and understand English. You can lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. You can operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information. You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet. You have consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
