Role Overview
Kader Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a residential portfolio while supporting unit turns, renovations, and capital projects.
This role combines traditional property management responsibilities with hands‑on project coordination and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily property operations, including leasing, resident communication, and inspections
Serve as primary point of contact for owners and residents
Oversee rent collection, lease enforcement, and compliance processes
Drive occupancy and retention through leasing strategy and resident experience
Plan and oversee unit turns and capital improvement projects
Coordinate vendors and internal teams to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
Obtain estimates, present scopes of work, and secure owner approvals
Monitor financial performance, including expenses and property‑level budgets
Maintain accurate records and reporting across the portfolio
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Support field operations, including site visits, lockboxes, signage, and equipment
Qualifications
Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both tenant and owner interactions
Proficiency with Gmail, spreadsheets, and property management technology in daily workflows
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities independently
Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License is a plus, but not required
AppFolio experience highly desired (or experience with similar property management software)
