What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute the US sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives
Own strategic enterprise sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closing complex deals
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients
Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and iterate on processes to maximize efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud-native, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies
2+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of technical infrastructure, with Kubernetes preferred, and experience selling to technical audiences
Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at executive levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience building and leveraging a modern sales tech stack to drive efficiency and accountability
Data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance management
Ability to travel as required for high-touch client engagements
