
Mortgage Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities
Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
Review and validate loan documents
Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Mortgage industry experience required
General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
To be considered, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
Pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
