
Senior Tax Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our Finance team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in direct and indirect tax compliance. The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for all areas of tax planning, tax accounting, and tax compliance.
Duties/Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee tax processes, including U.S. federal, state, and international direct and indirect filings.
Manage quarterly distributions to partners, coordinating with third‑party tax preparer.
Resolve tax audits and notices issued by tax authorities.
Reconcile all tax general ledger accounts.
Support the development and enhancement of tax policies, procedures, and internal controls for increased efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of tax transactions.
Act as a resource to other functional departments of the Company seeking tax advice.
Strong analytical mindset to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and ensure reasonableness.
Collaborate with auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and responses to audit inquiries.
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and international tax law
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
On‑Site Requirements Hybrid, 3 days per week in our Andover, MA office.
Education and Experience
2+ years of tax experience, preferably within public accounting or a multinational organization
Strong knowledge of indirect tax, with a focus on sales and use tax compliance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA and or Master's Degree in Taxation preferred
Strong system‑driven mindset with the ability to automate manual processes.
