Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to busy professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the employer's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally. Assist with personal errands and tasks to support the employer's daily needs. Maintain filing systems and ensure important documents are easily accessible. Qualifications
Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
