Creator & Influencer Coordinator

The Coordinator, Creator & Influencer is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and passionate about the digital and social media space. You’ll work closely with influencers and internal teams to help deliver creative and effective campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities

Monitor and capture live influencer content across platforms.

Collect coverage metrics and help track and report on campaign performance.

Organize and archive influencer assets for future reference.

Coordinate product shipments and manage inventory for influencer campaigns.

Assist in identifying potential influencers for brand campaigns.

Manage logistics for influencer travel, accommodations, and glam support.

Take notes and compile detailed meeting recaps.

Conduct research to support proposals, presentations, pitches, and reports.

Support the execution of brand events and activations.

Participate in internal brainstorms and contribute creative campaign ideas.

Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and best practices in influencer marketing.

Qualifications

Candidate can be based in NYC or Houston and able to work in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.

Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Curious, proactive, and up-to-date on social trends and influencer culture.

Basic understanding of influencer platforms, social media tools, and analytics is a plus.

Compensation Range

is: $50,000 to $55,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
