Growth Hacker
to drive measurable results for our clients across
Facebook Ads (primarily) & Google Ads .
Key Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and scale
20–25 client campaigns .
Develop growth strategies through
A/B testing, data analysis, and experimentation .
Collaborate with account managers and designers to enhance conversion rates.
Provide clear, actionable insights through detailed reporting.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a
strong focus on Meta Ads for Lead Generation
(Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (15+ accounts preferred)
Strong experience with campaign optimization, scaling, and performance tracking
Proficiency in
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads
Experience with analytics tools such as
Google Analytics
and
Google Tag Manager
Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
