Job Description: Associate Account Executive, Construction
One of our National Retail brokers are searching for an Associate Account Executive for their Construction team with a flexible hybrid schedule out of Nassau County!
Salary:
$80,000 – $90,000
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Account Executives in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to navigate insurance and brokering processes effectively.
Utilize EPIC for account management and maintain accurate records.
Support producers with client interactions and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must hold a NY P&C Broker’s License or be willing to obtain one within 6 months.
More than a basic understanding of insurance and brokering processes.
Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
College degree required.
Experience in real estate or construction preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with some longevity at one firm.
Experience assisting an Account Executive or working in a similar role at a smaller firm.
A strong desire to advance your career in the insurance industry.
An insurance designation is a plus but not required.
