Intaso has been engaged by a fast-scaling cybersecurity software company to recruit a Sales Development Representative. This role will play a key part in driving pipeline generation across core markets while supporting expansion into new regions and verticals. The position is ideal for a motivated, curious, and resilient individual looking to build a career in enterprise sales within a high-growth cybersecurity environment.

This role blends high-volume outbound prospecting, discovery, and market feedback, working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.

Day-to-day

Generate new business pipeline through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Conduct discovery calls to qualify inbound and outbound opportunities for Account Executives.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of a complex cybersecurity platform to a range of stakeholders.

Support expansion into new regions and verticals by testing messaging and campaign strategies.

Attend industry events and conferences to engage prospective customers and build relationships.

Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and CRM hygiene within Salesforce.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share market feedback and improve go-to-market strategy.

Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for

1+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales role (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred).

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business stakeholders.

A proactive, self-starter mindset with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Demonstrated ability to generate interest and build pipeline through outbound efforts.

Resilience and a positive attitude toward challenges and rejection.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail in managing CRM and pipeline activity.

$90,000–$100,000 OTE (60/40 split)
