Oversee the entire post-sales customer journey, including onboarding, training, and engagement Assess customers’ business and technical requirements to confirm platform suitability Lead project delivery by managing setup, implementation, and deployment of the solution Act as the primary relationship owner, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success Monitor customer engagement and conduct regular check-ins to track performance and identify upsell opportunities What is Required (Qualifications)

Based in the U.S. (East Coast preferred) 4+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, and delivery of technology solutions Proven expertise in project management principles, tools, and methodologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
