Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Hialeah, FL. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, schedule appointments, and address client concerns promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, offering service details, and ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving issues and providing accurate information.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
Proficiency in Computer Literacy for accurately maintaining customer records and utilizing call center software
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
