Designation: Intellectual Property (IP) Management Intern Location: Ahmedabad / Gurugram / Remote Duration: About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated intern interested to explore the fascinating field of Intellectual properties management (including patents, designs, trade) Intern to support our innovation and intellectual property initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete IM management lifecycle include patent identification, competitive IP analysis, IP filings, and involves cross-functional collaboration with legal, technology, and operations teams. The intern will play a key role in strengthening the company’s IP portfolio by identifying patentable ideas and supporting the end-to-end patent filing process. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential areas for patent filings across business functions Conduct research on existing patents and analyse competitor intellectual property (IP) landscape Assist in documenting innovative ideas, concepts, and technical processes for patent applications Collaborate with legal, operations, and technology teams to facilitate patent drafting and filing Track ongoing IP filings and maintain internal documentation and records Support in building and managing an internal IP repository/database Stay updated on IP trends, regulations, and best practices Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong research and analytical skills Basic understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and patents (preferred) Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a B. Tech from IITs or other premier engineering institutions.
