Senior Business Analyst
Osmose is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) and support enterprise-level initiatives following a large-scale organizational transformation. This role is a critical contributor within the PMO, responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and execution across a high-volume portfolio of initiatives spanning multiple business and technology domains. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable successful solution delivery. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role with significant opportunity to influence enterprise solutions and help shape PMO processes, standards, and practices. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management Agile & Product Collaboration Cross-Functional Coordination Process, Data & Systems Analysis Testing & Validation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments. Experience working across CRM, ERP, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Data domains. Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. Experience working in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) environments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent initiatives. Required Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent. Preferred Certifications IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP). SAFe certification (SA, SSM, POPM, or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Experience with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite or SAP. Exposure to enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, ETL, data warehousing). Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence. Work Environment Onsite role located in Downtown Atlanta. Collaborative, cross-functional enterprise environment. High visibility with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Occasional extended hours may be required during critical delivery milestones.
