Role Overview We are seeking an energetic, technically skilled sales professional to drive commercial growth for our EV isolation and analysis platforms. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales leads, managing and nurturing customer relationships through our CRM, delivering compelling technical sales presentations, and representing Everest Biolabs at conferences and trade shows in the United States and Europe. The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in life sciences with a commercial mindset and the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company CRM (HubSpot), including pipeline tracking, contact management, deal progression, and activity logging to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting

Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads through scientific literature review, conference abstract mining, and targeted outreach campaigns

Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations (in‑person and virtual) to academic researchers, core facility managers, and industry scientists

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, serving as a trusted technical resource throughout the sales cycle

Represent Everest Biolabs at scientific conferences, trade shows, and industry events in the US and Europe

Collaborate with the scientific team to translate customer feedback into product development insights and identify emerging market opportunities

Monitor the competitive landscape and stay current with developments in EV biology, liquid biopsy, biomarker discovery, and related fields

Develop and execute territory plans and outreach strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Prepare quotes, coordinate with operations on order fulfillment, and support post‑sale customer onboarding and satisfaction

Contribute to the development of sales collateral, application notes, and marketing content in collaboration with the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related life science field

2–5 years of experience in technical sales, field application support, or business development within the life science tools, diagnostics, or biotech industry

Demonstrated understanding of extracellular vesicle biology, immunoassays, chromatography‑based separation, or related analytical techniques is strongly preferred

Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with data‑driven sales processes

Proven ability to deliver compelling scientific presentations and build rapport with researchers and key opinion leaders

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize opportunities, and work independently

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time

Work Authorization Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Everest Biolabs does not provide visa sponsorship (e.g., H‑1B) for this position.
