Brand Partnerships Intern
The Brand Partnerships Intern is responsible for supporting the Brand Partnerships team to ensure all partnerships projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage day-to-day project management communications with internal and external teams. Track campaign/ project status and metrics. Support execution of brand partnership campaigns, activations and marketing initiatives from planning through completion. Conduct research on potential brand partners, cultural trends and influencer talent to support partnership opportunities. Assist in building and updating recaps, reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, social metrics and key learnings. Assist in product seeding/gifting initiatives, preparing and coordinating shipments, and tracking gifting efforts. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities. Comfortable performing in a fast-paced work environment to meet tight deadline schedules. Ability to understand multiple brand identities and curate influencer lists specific to each project Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship management skills. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Interest in the fashion/ lifestyle industry emphasizing in Brand Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Business Development and Industry Relations Preferred Qualifications: Data entry Showroom experience Quick and accurate typing skills Administrative experience A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
