Responsibilities

Manage and grow both current and new customer accounts through proactive email responses (70%) and phone calls (30%) for requests for quotes (RFQs).

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer technical questions and quality-related issues.

Drive technical sales through distribution channels to expand market reach.

Generate and respond to requests for quotes in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

Strong business acumen with keen attention to detail and timely responsiveness.

Proficiency in computer applications including CRM, ERP, and Syteline (a plus).

Willingness to travel up to 5% to visit customers on-site.

Background in cable, wire, lighting, or similar industrial products preferred.

Demonstrated good communication and customer relationship management skills.
