Reservations Sales Coordinator
We are hiring Reservations Sales Representatives to join our Marketing Contact Center as a remote Reservations Sales Coordinator. The primary responsibility is to answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway. You will assist with booking travel dates, answering general questions, confirming reservations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and addressing escalated issues. As part of the team, you’ll help deliver on arrivals, increase revenue, guarantee tour volume, retain business, and sell dates.

Work Schedule Training Hours (6 Weeks):
Orientation Day (Friday): 9:00 am‑1:00 pm (I‑9 paperwork & virtual HR orientation).
Weeks 1–3: 9:00 am‑5:00 pm weekdays.
Weeks 4–6: 11:00 am‑7:00 pm weekdays.
Post‑Training Hours (subject to change):
Three days during the week: 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm.
Weekend: 8‑hour shift between 9:00 am‑9:00 pm.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
1 + year(s) of customer‑service, reservations, or equivalent experience (preferred).
1 + year(s) of call‑center experience (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (preferred).
Sales experience highly preferred.
Only candidates from Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered.
Pay & Incentives New hire pay during the first 90 days is $18.00 /hour.
After 90 days: $14.00 /hour plus incentives, with yearly earning potential up to $70 k+.
