Job Description Remote Customer Service Representative – Trades Industry (EST). Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified call center providing remote customer service support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service companies across the U.S. We support multiple clients at once and operate in a fast-paced, highly organized environment where clear communication and reliability matter.

This is a

fully remote position . Applicants must reside in the

Eastern Time Zone (EST) .

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls for home service clients

Provide professional, friendly customer service

Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

Build positive, professional relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality support

Navigate multiple systems while supporting multiple clients

Represent client brands with consistency and care

Schedule & Availability We hire great people first and build schedules that work for both our team and our clients. Our team operates Monday through Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST. Specific shifts vary and will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay ranging from $15–$18, based on experience
