Inside Sales Representative – Industrial
Responsible for proactively managing assigned accounts and prospecting new accounts within the New England territory to drive market penetration and accelerate sales growth of Service Contracts. Build customer rapport and trust through a consultative selling style, funnel opportunities, and close sales.
Industries include Power, Beverage, Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, LNG, Wastewater, and Drinking water for industrial markets.
Location New England region; candidate can be based anywhere within this territory. Working from a home office. Extremely autonomous role requiring effective organizational and time‑management skills.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a sales territory with a challenging yet achievable growth target.
Engage clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities and close using funnel management techniques; provide quotations, cross‑sell, up‑sell, and minimize discounting where possible.
Populate and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
Collaborate with other Inside Service Sales Representatives to improve processes.
Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and counter‑measures.
Cross‑functional interface with other commercial departments to leverage resources to close business.

What You Bring
4+ years of B2B sales experience, progressive tele‑sales experience selling products and services.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven ability at cross‑selling and up‑selling; demonstrated experience increasing revenue within existing accounts.
Ability to confidently handle technical or solution‑based customer discussions.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) – mandatory.
Self‑starter mindset with excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $30.00 - $33.00 USD per hour. Eligible for bonus pay.
