
Senior Analyst, GTM Operations

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and strategic Senior Analyst to join our GTM Operations team, supporting processes and systems across our global go‑to‑market (GTM) organization—including Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, and other customer‑facing teams.
You will partner closely with GTM leadership, CRM Tech, and cross‑functional stakeholders to design scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive data‑informed decision making across the customer lifecycle. This role includes managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across regions to align on priorities and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Solution Architect, Customer Success, and other GTM teams to design and optimize processes across the customer lifecycle, including opportunity management, renewals, and account engagement workflows. Own the development and improvement of global operational processes, ensuring scalability and consistency across regions. Translate business needs into system and tooling improvements, working closely with CRM Engineering and GTM Systems teams. Drive improvements in pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and customer health signals across GTM teams. Define and monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to measure the impact of GTM initiatives. Lead and support cross‑functional projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered successfully and aligned with business priorities. Establish governance frameworks and documentation to ensure process clarity, adoption, and continuous improvement. Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data‑driven solutions to improve GTM productivity and customer outcomes. Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 4–6+ years of work experience in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Analytics. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and propose solutions that improve efficiency. Proven track record of driving process improvement and optimizing operations for a GTM organization. Experience managing and implementing projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams. Deep experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with GTM tooling. Experience in a consumption/pay‑as‑you‑go business model is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, globally distributed organization.
