Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction
We are partnered with a well-established commercial general contractor that is continuing to grow and looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a company with a strong pipeline of projects and long-term stability.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, and design teams
Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across all parties
Track progress and proactively resolve job site challenges
Maintain project documentation and daily reports
Project Types
Ground-up and renovation projects
Commercial sectors may include: retail, healthcare, industrial, education, or hospitality
Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience managing ground-up projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
