Senior Experience Designer
Razorfish, Miami, FL, United States
Overview
The Sr Experience Designer is responsible for the user experience framework supporting Labcorp’s consumer health platform, including online commerce and direct-to-consumer retail experiences. This role spans the full lifecycle of discovery, define, design, and delivery—creating Figma artifacts such as customer journeys, user flows, and high-fidelity concept prototypes, wireframe templates and components with annotations for dev handoff. The designer will work across digital product features including personalized wellness content, embedded partner checkout, loyalty programs, subscription services, custom test panel builders, and health coaching experiences. A key collaboration activity is auditing existing AEM component implementations, understanding technical complexity and constraints, and translating requirements into UX/UI design revisions that leverage and extend a component library within an experience design system for Labcorp’s online storefront.
This role supports Labcorp’s consumer digital ecosystem, which is experiencing rapid growth—scaling from $22M in 2024 to $37M in 2025 through the OnDemand platform. The Sr Experience Designer will contribute to a portfolio of digital features designed to strengthen personalization, conversion, and retention across the consumer genetics, wellness, and diagnostics lines of business. Work includes direct collaboration with cross-functional pods covering strategy, data science, technology, and creative, operating within a retained team model that manages concurrent workstreams with disciplined prioritization.
