Accountabilities
Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across native, DSP, and programmatic platforms
Develop and leverage custom audience strategies to enhance targeting precision and campaign performance
Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging, visuals, and campaign objectives
Conduct audience research and test new creative approaches to continuously improve results
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs such as ROI, conversions, and engagement
Support the development and execution of broader digital and social media strategies
Ensure campaigns are scalable, efficient, and aligned with overall marketing objectives
Requirements
Proven experience in media buying, particularly with native advertising, DSPs, and programmatic platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly
Experience building and targeting custom audiences and running A/B tests for creatives and strategies
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, tracking systems, and performance metrics
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
