LinkedIn Content Writer – responsible for writing, client strategy, and relationship management.
What you’ll do
Create 3-5 posts per week per client (we manage executive accounts, not brand pages)
Incorporate direct, transparent feedback and iterate quickly on voice, positioning, and frameworks based on client feedback
Over time, build systems and playbooks to help Forj scale our content ops
Qualifications
Proven writing ability, especially for executive or founder voices on LinkedIn
High agency: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and move fast
Client-first mindset: You care deeply about quality, responsiveness, and results
Capacity to scale to 5+ clients (you’ll start with one, ramp to full capacity within weeks)
