Overview As a Search Engine Optimization Senior Analyst (Spanish Language), you’ll play an integral role on the brand team by providing insights that will inform our clients’ online marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams – including Marketing, Creative, Technology, Strategy and Insights, and Media – and you’ll gain an in-depth knowledge of how these capabilities work.

Responsibilities

Conducting Spanish-language SEO/GEO research. Developing optimized content recommendations aligned to how U.S. Spanish-speaking audiences search, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.

Consulting with internal teams and clients on search engine visibility and brand performance.

Performing gap analyses and competitive analyses.

Providing optimization recommendations for site content.

Providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports to show value against all initiatives.

Qualifications

A four-year degree in marketing, computer science or a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in search engine optimization, web development, or analytics.

Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills – and a knack for details.

Strong communication and presentation skills – you’re poised, articulate and convincing.

Entry‑level experience with GEO/AI Search is a plus.

Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Compensation Range: BOSTON: $60,800 - $89,600. REMOTE EMPLOYEES: $60,800 - $80,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
