Senior UX/UI Designer – Remote
This role is pivotal in transforming the customer-facing experience of our partner, greatly impacting how users interact with HVAC products online. You will lead the design and development of high-converting landing pages and create seamless user journeys that simplify complex buyer decisions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to shape the brand's visual presence and user satisfaction.
Accountabilities
Lead UX strategy, visual design, and interface systems across the entire website
Design high-conversion landing pages for over 100 HVAC buyer intents
Create the full UI and UX flow for a new interactive guided buying experience
Build the design system including typography, components, and responsive structureRedesign mobile-first user journeys with an emphasis on clarity and user trust
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership for pixel-perfect implementation
Contribute to brand identity refresh and visual storytelling across the site
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing complex consumer-facing products or e-commerce experiences
A strong portfolio showcasing elegant UX systems and clean visual design
Ability to simplify complex decision flows into intuitive user journeys
Strong visual taste and keen attention to detail
Experience working directly with developers in a cohesive product environment
Comfort with iterative design, prototyping, and data-informed decision making
