Continental Properties is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a seamless total rewards experience for our team members-supporting benefits, compensation, and payroll processes with accuracy, care, and a high level of service. You will report to the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for daytoday benefits administration, including life events, leave coordination, and team member education
Coordinate and manage open enrollment from planning through postenrollment audits, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and vendors
Support compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, merit and market adjustments, and variable compensation tracking
Own or support biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall total rewards experience

Skills for Success:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with hands on exposure to benefits administration and compensation support; payroll experience preferred
Prior experience with payroll processes or vendor oversight preferred. Experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) strongly desired.
Thorough knowledge of benefit plan administration, compliance requirements (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA), and compensation program support, and familiarity with multi-state payroll concepts and processes.
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills, and a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change with multiple deadlines and priorities.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The posted salary range represents our good faith estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include bonus potential or other forms of compensation and benefits.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $94,000 annually
