We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals while managing a personal portfolio of high-value accounts. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of Canon's hardware and software solutions and ensuring 100% quota attainment across your team.

Your Impact
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives. Conduct monthly performance reviews and "ridays " to coach team members toward success.
Strategic Selling: Manage an assigned account list and execute weekly sales plans to identify high potential opportunities.
End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the full sales cycle-from initial prospecting and technical presentations to order completion and after-sale relationship management.
Market Analysis: Analyze territory potential and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors and capture new market share.
Forecasting & Reporting : Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage inventoryreports, and ensure all administrative reporting is completed with precision.
