PowerPoint / Keynote Deck Designer
Pitch & Storytelling Specialist -
This is a fully remote role, working EST hours

This project could lead to more presentation work in both PPT and Keynote in the future
About the role
We're looking for a freelance designer who can transform ideas into visually stunning, story-driven presentations for pitches, client meetings, and high-stakes moments.
This is not about "making slides look nice" but rather transforming the data, insights, and capability expertise Two Circles offers into compelling visual narratives, turning dense, functional content into clear, persuasive, and beautifully designed stories.
You'll take typical PowerPoint decks, sometimes heavy with charts, data, and text, and elevate them into high-impact, design-led presentations that feel intentional, premium, and engaging to mirror the passion and energy that happens during live sports.
What you'll do:
Translate complex, often "boring" content into clear, compelling visual storytelling
Redesign and elevate existing decks into high-end, polished presentations using sharp design foundations, high-impact photography, and potentially light animation.
Create custom layouts, visual systems, and design languages for each pitch while also staying true to Two Circles and client brand guidelines.
Transform charts, graphs, and data into stylized, easy-to-digest visuals
What we're looking for:
Core capabilities
Proven experience designing presentation decks in PowerPoint and Keynote for creative agencies, marketing consultancies, technology startups and software developers at a high level.
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through design, not just visual styling
Ability to take rough, unstructured content and turn it into a coherent narrative
Expertise in layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
Experience working with data visualization and simplifying complex information
Creative profile:
Highly conceptual thinker with strong editorial and storytelling instincts
Obsessed with detail, craft, and polish, use of color, contrast, and sizing of font/imagery/shapes to be visually appealing, clean and digestible.
Able to balance aesthetic excellence with clarity and function
Comfortable pushing beyond templates into bespoke, design-led solutions
Strong sense of modern design trends, motion, and visual culture
Ways of working:
Comfortable working quickly and iteratively under tight timelines with 1-2 key stakeholders.
Able to take feedback and refine work with speed and precision
Proactive in suggesting better ways to tell the story, not just execute
Experience collaborating with non-design stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience in agency, consulting, or pitch environments
Motion design or light animation skills
Experience building visual identities or design systems for decks
Background in branding, editorial, or digital design
Engagement model:
Freelance / project-based (with potential for ongoing work)
Remote-friendly, with flexibility depending on project needs
Expectation is to be reachable during normal business hours Mon-Fri, Eastern Standard Time
Availability to work through email, Microsoft Teams, and videoconferences.
What great looks like in this role:
A dense 40-slide deck becomes a tight, 20-slide narrative that flows effortlessly
A page of bullet points becomes a single, powerful visual
Data-heavy slides become intuitive, memorable graphics
The overall presentation feels premium, cohesive, and persuasive
